Terms and Conditions   

All our terms and conditions maybe amended, changed or modified at anytime without prior notice being given.

Payment

All items purchased must be paid for in full including any applicable shipping and insurance prior to dispatch. Online purchases are processed through the secure services of Pay Pal. All prices are shown in AUD$ and include GST. Shipping and insurance charges will be itemized separately. Once your order has been processed you will receive confirmation of order and an invoice/receipt. If you wish to pay via bank deposit or another alternative method please contact us via email.

Shipping

Currently we only ship within Australia using Australia Post, independent couriers and our own delivery service depending on where it’s going, weight and size of items. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email and a tracking number and estimated time of arrival. If your order does not arrive by the estimated time please email us on …. All deliveries must be signed for so please ensure your delivery address is correct and attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible or where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between normal business hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. We cannot deliver to a P.O Box address. If in the advent we need to resend your order it may incur extra delivery charges.

Returns

All care is taken to check all purchasers for damage, faults etc. before dispatching your order. If your purchase/s are damaged, faulty or not what you ordered please contact us via email including your order number and the reason for returning the item/s within 7 business days. We will provide you with a return authorization number.  We recommend you use registered mail to return items as we take no responsibility for damaged or lost goods. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Due to the fact that many or all of our products are handmade and made from natural products minor imperfections are not considered a fault of the product.
